Balsamic Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. of dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. of honey
- 1/2 of a green onion (chopped)
- 2 (4 oz) salmon fillets

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Mix dijon mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar, and the chopped green onions into a bowl of any size.
- Put salmon fillets onto parchment paper
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- Brussels Sprouts (recommended) 1 lb
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp.
- Balsamic Vinegar (depended on what you want)
- Parchment Paper 1

Directions
- Pull the leaves off the core of the brussels sprout.
- Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Put the brussels sprouts in the oven (broil) for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes shake it around and put it back in for 2 minutes.
